5. AI-Generated Content

5.1 Nature of AI Responses

• AI-generated responses are suggestions, not guarantees
• Responses may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You must review all AI-generated content before sending

5.2 No Liability for AI Content

We are not responsible for:

• Accuracy of AI-generated responses
• Consequences of sending AI-generated content
• Misunderstandings or errors in AI responses

6. Acceptable Use

• This license terminates when you delete your account

10. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services (Gmail, AWS, etc.)

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Timely Support from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Termination

12.1 By You

• You may terminate your account at any time in Settings
• Disconnect Gmail integration to revoke access

12.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account is inactive for 12+ months
• Required by law or legal process

12.3 Effect of Termination

• Access to the Service will be immediately revoked
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days
• Fees paid are non-refundable

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via:

• Email notification
• In-app notification
• Website announcement

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
