By accessing and using Timely.Support, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Service Description

Timely.Support provides AI-powered email automation services. We process customer emails and generate automated responses based on your documentation.

User Obligations

You are responsible for the accuracy of your documentation and the appropriateness of AI-generated responses. You must review responses in accordance with your chosen plan settings.

Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Refunds are provided within 30 days of initial purchase.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

Limitation of Liability

Timely.Support is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you retain access until the end of your billing period.
