Option 1: Forward Existing Email (Most Common)

Set up forwarding from your current support email (support@yourcompany.com) to your agent address. Customers email you normally, AI responds automatically.

Option 2: Add to Website

Put the agent email directly on your contact page or support form. Customers email the AI directly.

Gmail Instructions
  1. Open Gmail and click the gear icon → "See all settings"
  2. Go to "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab
  3. Click "Add a forwarding address"
  4. Enter your agent address: agent-abc123@timely.support
  5. Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click the verification link
  6. Return to Gmail settings and select "Forward a copy of incoming mail"
  7. Choose whether to keep or delete Gmail's copy

  1. Open Outlook and go to Settings (gear icon) → "View all Outlook settings"
  2. Navigate to "Mail" → "Forwarding"
  3. Check "Enable forwarding"

  5. Choose whether to keep a copy in Outlook
  6. Click "Save"

  1. Go to iCloud.com and sign in
  2. Click Mail, then click the gear icon → "Preferences"

Test & Go Live

Send test emails to verify everything works, then enable automatic responses.

Testing Process:
