Two Ways to Use Your Agent:
Set up forwarding from your current support email (support@yourcompany.com) to your agent address. Customers email you normally, AI responds automatically.
Put the agent email directly on your contact page or support form. Customers email the AI directly.

Gmail Instructions
- Open Gmail and click the gear icon → "See all settings"
- Go to "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab
- Click "Add a forwarding address"
- Enter your agent address:
agent-abc123@timely.support - Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click the verification link
- Return to Gmail settings and select "Forward a copy of incoming mail"
- Choose whether to keep or delete Gmail's copy
Outlook / Office 365 Instructions
- Open Outlook and go to Settings (gear icon) → "View all Outlook settings"
- Navigate to "Mail" → "Forwarding"
- Check "Enable forwarding"
- Enter your agent address:

- Click "Save"
iCloud Mail Instructions
- Go to iCloud.com and sign in
- Click Mail, then click the gear icon → "Preferences"
- Go to "General" tab
- In "Forwarding" section, enter:

- Click "Done"
Make sure to verify the forwarding address by clicking the confirmation link sent to your original email.
Test & Go Live
Send test emails to verify everything works, then enable automatic responses.
Testing Process:
- 1.Send test emails to your agent address
- 2.Check your dashboard to see AI draft responses
- 3.Review quality and accuracy
- 4.Approve to send or edit first
- 5.When satisfied, enable auto-send mode
Test Questions to Try:

What to Check:
- ✓ Response is accurate

Once you're happy with the test responses, switch from Review Mode to Auto-Send Mode in your dashboard settings.
