Use the "Try it out" feature on app.timely.support to test your agent instantly with sample questions.
2. Send Test Emails
Send emails to your agent's forwarding address and see how it responds in real conditions.

Once satisfied with test responses, switch to Auto-Send Mode in your dashboard settings. For channels like Gmail, you can also configure the agent to create draft replies for you to review before sending.

Gmail Instructions
- Open Gmail and click the gear icon → "See all settings"
- Go to "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab
- Click "Add a forwarding address"
- Enter your agent address:
agent-abc123@timely.support - Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click the verification link
- Return to Gmail settings and select "Forward a copy of incoming mail"
- Choose whether to keep or delete Gmail's copy
Outlook / Office 365 Instructions
- Open Outlook and go to Settings (gear icon) → "View all Outlook settings"
- Navigate to "Mail" → "Forwarding"
- Check "Enable forwarding"
- Enter your agent address:
agent-abc123@timely.support - Choose whether to keep a copy in Outlook
- Click "Save"
iCloud Mail Instructions
- Go to iCloud.com and sign in
- Click Mail, then click the gear icon → "Preferences"
- Go to "General" tab
- In "Forwarding" section, enter:
agent-abc123@timely.support - Choose whether to keep or delete messages in iCloud
- Click "Done"
Make sure to verify the forwarding address by clicking the confirmation link sent to your original email.
